In the field of fine arts Morenike has worked with materials like wire and plaster.
She is especially inspired by elemental, raw themes as the artistic handling of pain, the vulnerability of humans in an inhuman universe and the key questions of our existence;
Who are we? Where do we come from? and especially, where are we going...?
FRIDA KAHLO
For a theatre project based on the movie "Frida" and on the life and art of Frida Kahlo, Morenike worked on two scupltures made out of plaster. One of them is wearable, and was worn by her during the performance.
The artworks were left unfinished on purpose.
